Junior Marisa Alfes wins Medalist honors as Women's Golf finishes second at OAC Championships

WEST LAFAYETTE — Junior Marisa Alfes (Bellbrook) won Medalist honors to lead the Ohio Northern women's golf team to a second place finish at the 2025 Ohio Athletic Conference Championships on Sunday.

- Ohio Northern finished second of nine teams with a 322-326-344-330—1322.
- Mount Union won the team title by two strokes with a 320-329-343-328—1320, Otterbein was third at 338-338-341-349—1366 and Heidelberg was fourth with a 337-349-345-345—1376.

- This marks the fourth time in the last five seasons that an Ohio Northern player has been named Medalist at the OAC Championships.
