GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Ohio Northern women's cross country team finished 17th out of 33 teams with 474 points at the NCAA DIII Great Lakes Regional Championships on Saturday morning at Calvin College.
The Polar Bears post their 23rd consecutive winning season with a final record of 62-56.
No. 5-ranked Calvin (Mich.) won the team title with 54 points, No. 13 Oberlin finished second with 104 points, and No. 18 Hope (Mich.) finished third with 105 points.
Junior
Samantha Hoffman led the Polar Bears across the finish line with a 79th place finish out of 244 runners in
a career-low 23:36.2.
Junior Catie Huber posted a top 100 finish for the Polar Bears, finishing 89th in a career-low 23:55.4.
Calvin's Cassandra Vince won the race in 21:27.
