Women's Soccer picked to win regular season title in OAC Coaches Preseason Poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's soccer team was picked to finish first in the Ohio Athletic Conference in 2025 in a poll conducted by the league's nine head coaches.
The Polar Bears received 63 points and seven first-place votes in the poll.
Capital (2 first place votes) and Otterbein were picked to finish second and third with 56 points and 45 points, respectively.
ONU finished the 2024 season at 15-6-1 overall and posted a 8-1-0 mark in the OAC to win the regular season title. The Polar Bears also won the OAC Tournament title, then advanced to the Second Round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
Northern begins its season Aug. 31 at Rose-Hulman (Ind.) at 3 p.m. under third-year head coach Ben Tierney.
