Women's Basketball moves up one spot in sixth weekly D3Hoops.com poll; remains tenth in WBCA poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's basketball team moved up one spot to No. 14 in the six weekly D3Hoops.com poll, released Monday evening.
The Polar Bears (13-0 overall, 6-0 OAC) received 303 points in this weeks poll.
Northern is 13-0 to begin the season for the first time in school history.
Tufts (Mass.) took the top spot with 612 points and 15 first place votes, Amherst (Mass.) is second with 599 points and six first place votes and Scranton (Pa.) rounded out the top three with 565 points.
Northern remained ranked No. 10 for the second consectuive week in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association coaches poll, released Tuesday afternoon.
Tufts, Amherst and Scranton took the top three spots for the second consecutive week.
Ohio Northern returns to action Jan. 11 as they to Berea to take on Baldwin Wallace at 7:30 pm.
