ADA — Senior Alyssa Beckett (Monroe) scored two goals to lead the Ohio Northern women's soccer team to a 5-0 win over Albion (Mich.) on Thursday night.

- Fifth-year senior Jill Roberts (Bellbrook/Carroll) scored the first goal of the match off an assist from fifth-year senior Kylie Cabana (Dexter, Mich.) in the 18th minute.
- Beckett scored her first goal in the 30th minute off a corner kick unassisted.
- Senior Chandler Clark (Lima/Bath) scored just 9:09 later off another Polar Bear corner kick to make the score 3-0.
- Just 2:15 into the second half, another ONU corner kick led to a shot on goal by Roberts, deflected to Beckett for her second goal of the night.
- Senior Brianna Gervers (Grand Blanc, Mich.) scored Ohio Northern's fifth goal unassisted in the 67th minute.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Morgan Moeller (Harrison/Roger Bacon) recorded one save in goal.
- ONU out-shot AC 18-2 and had a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks.

- Beckett, Roberts, and senior Elizabeth Pierce (Liberty Township/Mount Notre Dame) are now tied with a team-high six points each.
- Beckett and Pierce have three goals apiece, while Roberts has two goals and two assists.
- All of Ohio Northern's wins this season have been shutouts. Moeller now has 11 career shutouts, which is tied for 10th all-time in ONU history.
- This is the 37th season of Ohio Northern women's soccer. The Polar Bears are now 433-215-56 all-time in program history.
- Second-year head coach Ben Tierney is now 14-11-1 at Ohio Northern.
