The OAC Tournament: The Polar Bears will compete at the 2014 OAC Men's Golf Championships Friday-Sunday at the River Greens Golf Course ... The 8-team tournament is a 72-hole stroke format with 27 holes on Friday, 27 on Saturday and 18 more on Sunday ... The teams were seeded from the results of the OAC Fall and Spring Invitationals this year ... ONU is the #6 seed and will tee off beginning at 10:44 am on Friday and at 9 am on Saturday ... Teams and individuals on their teams will be repositioned after the third round of play Saturday evening, based on 54-hole scores ... Sophomore Rick Deichert finished t5th at the 2013 OAC Championships with a 15-over par 303, marking the second-lowest 72-hole score in ONU history ... The top 10 individuals earn All-OAC honors ... Thus far this season, Ohio Northern is led in scoring by junior Brandon Lambert with a 77.8 stroke average ... Deichert is second at 78.3 strokes per round and freshman Blaine Ricketts is third at 78.9 strokes per round.
