Northern led 21-6 just before halftime, but trailed 35-21 before McConnell directed a 15-play, 96-yard scoring drive to get ONU within 35-28 with 4:31 left in the game. CU recovered the onside kick and ran out the clock. QB Brody Hahn was 12-of-22 passing for 243 yards and 3 TDs in the first half and QB Trevor McConnell was 10-of-23 passing for 122 yards and a score in the second half for ONU. ONU Last Week: Ohio Northern opened its 128th season of football with a 16-13 overtime loss to Alma (Mich.) in Ada. QB Trevor McConnell threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to WR Austin Eick on a fourth-and-goal with 2:59 left to tie the game at 10-all. In OT, K Dom DiFalco kicked a 35-yard field goal to give the hosts their first lead of the game at 13-10, but AC would win the game with a TD on its possession.
